Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept refunds or cancellations. You accept these terms and conditions when you purchase these products.

However, if you do have any issues with your download or file, please contact us so we can make it right. We want to make sure you fully enjoy your purchase. 

Physical Products

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are packaged and shipped from Oregon. We require 2-3 business days to process and prepare each order, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive your dispatch email which will provide an estimated delivery date window. You will also be provided with a tracking link in your dispatch email. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@saintvioletcreative.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, at this time we are not shipping internationally. Please see our digital product line instead!

RETURNS

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Saint Violet is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item – please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by contacting us at hello@saintvioletcreative.com 

WRONG ADDRESS

 If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

UNCLAIMED ITEMS

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the production facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
