    • If your purchase was for one of our digital items, you’ll receive an email with instructions to access your file. This email should arrive immediately after payment.

    • If your purchase was for one of our physical items, we will send a confirmation email and tracking information once your item has shipped. Processing times are indicated on each product listing but are aim to get all orders processed and shipped within two business days.

  • Upon purchase, you will receive a PDF via email. This PDF will contain a link to your product – whether it is a printable file, a Canva template, or a Notion template.

  • You can print your art and planner inserts at home, at a print shop, or through an online service — as often as you’d like. If you are outsourcing the printing, simply supply the file in your desired size to a local print shop, or online vendor.

    If printing at home, select "Actual Size" in your printer settings. Do not "scale" to any % of the page. Also, make sure that you choose the right paper size.

  • Typically, shop orders are processed and ship within 2 business days. During peak holidays, sales, and new product releases, our processing time may be longer and we will process orders as quickly as we can. Please note that processing time is the time spent preparing your order prior to shipment.

    Domestic shipments are shipped via USPS and generally take approximately 2-3 business days to receive once shipped.

    • We require 2-3 business days to process and prepare each order unless otherwise noted in the product description.

    • Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive your dispatch email which will provide an estimated delivery date window. You will also be provided with a tracking link in your dispatch email.

    • Please note: Saint Violet is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen – all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

  • We frequently update our collection with fresh designs to inspire and enhance your planning experience.

    To stay up-to-date with our latest releases, we recommend signing up for our email updates.

  • Yes, we offer customization options for selected items in our range! You can find personalization options on specific products, ideal for adding a unique touch to your planner.

  • To start your digital planning journey, you’ll need a few key items: a digital planner from our collection, a device such as a tablet or computer, and a PDF annotation app if you're using a tablet. Popular ones include GoodNotes, Notability, and OneNote.

    These tools will allow you to access, edit, and interact with your digital planner seamlessly.

    For those using Notion templates, a Notion account and basic familiarity with the platform will get you started.

    We also offer resources and guides to help you make the most of your digital planning experience.

  • Starting with printable inserts is simple!

    First, choose and purchase your desired insert designs from our collection. You’ll need a printer, paper (we recommend a higher GSM paper for a quality feel), and a binder or planner cover to hold your inserts.

    Once printed, you can customize and organize the inserts according to your planning needs.

  • Our refund policy varies depending on the type of product. For digital products, including digital planners and printable inserts, we are unable to offer refunds due to the nature of digital downloads.

    However, for physical products, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of purchase.
